For a fun golf tournament, many things have to happen behind the scenes. A great group of volunteers makes the day a great time for all... and then there's an after party at the Armview!

All year the committee meets to...

• Register Players and co-ordinate teams
• Take care of our amazing sponsors and find new ones
• Get prizes for players and the auction

Day-of Volunteer shifts are 4 hours at the course, doing any one of the following:

• On-course: (9am-8pm)
  Various casual duties during the day
• Morning On-course: (9am-1pm)
  Setup putting up tents, tables and the silent auction (9am-1pm)
• Afternoon On-course: (1pm-7pm)
  Take Down Packing up the course at then end of the day (4pm-8pm)
• Silent Auction and Banquet: Administrative work to help close the silent auction. (4am-8pm)
